About Me

I graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in English. After graduation I spent a year working as a lab manager at the University of Hawaii, Manoa. I received both my M.S. and my Ph.D. from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.

Throughout the course of my career to-date, I’ve been broadly interested in learning more about the psychophysiology of emotion and its regulation across the lifespan. I’ve strived to make my research methodology as accessible, useful, translatable, and interesting as possible to people across all walks of life.

Outside of work I enjoy dancing, rooting for my favorite sports teams (especially the Denver Broncos!), and exploring Colorado with my French Bulldogs, Reginald and Sylvester
